Meet your Guides

Andrea Reina, RDN
Andrea is a Dietitian, yoga instructor, chef, and WSET certified. In 2019, she launched Flow, Sip, and Let Go – an immersive experience blending food, nutrition, yoga, meditation, and wine tastings/pairings.
Over the past five years, she has journeyed to Colombia to explore her heritage, find solace, and reconnect with her roots.
Witnessing the profound healing influence of the country and its natural beauty, she aspires to offer an experience that enables others to discover the culture, savor the cuisine, and foster healing and connection.

Katerine Ramirez
Katy, mother of three children and multifaceted businesswoman. Katy has left a significant mark in various fields. With a solid background in accounting, she has excelled as a business manager and yoga instructor, promoting conscious movement and somatic healing. Her innovative spirit led her to pioneer the creation of hostels with a salsa school for tourists in Colombia in 2009, and to co-found the Valle Hostel Association-Hola Valle. With extensive experience of 15 years in cultural and ecological tourism, she has explored ancient paths of spirituality such as the Mayan in Guatemala, nurturing her holistic vision of the world. As a holistic therapist and tantric sex therapist, Katy combines ancient wisdom with contemporary approaches to promote holistic well-being. Her connection with nature, her passion for dance, travel and good food have inspired her to grow, heal and evolve in consciousness, turning pain into love and sharing the joy of the movement of life.

Cesar Gomez
Cesar, a seeker of truth and spiritual awakening, found his way during a 7-year immersion in the lush Colombian Pacific. In this natural sanctuary, he experienced a profound personal transformation, becoming a servant of the light and an ambassador of Gaia. He defines himself as an awakener of consciences, a gardener of time and space, and a guide of hearts. In addition to being a positive vibration therapist musician, using percussion and wind instruments to heal and uplift the spirit. As co-founder of the Ecohostel Network: Casa En El Agua, Mama Orbe Family Ecofarm, Baco Hostel in Colombia, he has been a fervent promoter of eco-ethnotourism, supporting marginalized indigenous and Afro-descendant communities. Learner and practitioner of shamanic arts and the sacred ancestral medicines of Colombian territory, Cesar is deeply committed to respecting and preserving ancestral wisdom and nature.
